Budgetfriendly Staging

In todays highly competitive Real Estate Markets its even more important to present a neutral, comfortable, spacious home to potential buyers, luckily, it doesn't have to cost much.

A cheap storage unit (ask for discounts and specials) and tons of boxes and any house can look great.  Decluttering is the key, remove any out of season and currently unused items, only keep the essentials and tuck them away neatly.

Dollar Stores and other Household Stores offer great storage solutions and while you are there, shop for a few new throw pillows, maybe a new duvet cover and fresh towels.  All those items can be taken to your new home and who doesn't want to get new things for their new home.

Your home doesn't need to look like a magazine, if it does great, but a clean, neutral and simple decorated home will get you the same results.

Picture this, a nice home, 3 young kids, a busy self employed mom and working dad and only a few days to get the house on the market after they had found their dream home and all that in the middle of January.

The house had already great bones, like neutral paint, a white kitchen but just to much stuff (like the rest of us).
A few hours of decluttering, rearranging, pillows, blankets, neutral pictures, fresh plants and a complete from top to bottom chemical free cleaning and the end result was:
 SOLD in 1 day!!

Here are some examples of a relaxed, comfortable update:

Kids room 1

Kids room 2
